About me

My creative jorney

I come from Estonia, where I started my artistic journey with evening classes at the Art School while attending regular school. After that, I began studying at the Estonian Academy of Arts. Later, I moved to Germany to study at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, where I graduated in Communication Design.

During my Erasmus year in Valencia, I definitively realized that Spain is the perfect country for me, evoking the most emotions. I moved here and feel happy in Andalusia. In this region, with its rich tradition in ceramic art, I fulfilled my childhood dream of learning to work with ceramics by studying pottery and ceramic art at San Telmo School of Art.

Inspiration

Tarifa – my infinite source of inspiration is the Atlantic Coast of Spain, with its nature, ocean, architecture, history, kite spots, and daily life. I spend a lot of time in Tarifa to immerse myself in this energy and its vibrant lifestyle.

Andalusia – I appreciate this region for its unique atmosphere, its cities, sea, and mountains, and its rich culture, shaped over centuries by a blend of diverse influences.

Nature – I admire nature in all its manifestations, from breathtaking landscapes to the textures of moss on stones.

Travelling – I love discovering other countries and find immense inspiration by observing how other people live.

Light and shadows.

The fusion of time, nature and human creations.

Sand and sea.

My studio – located in an 18th-century house with a beautiful patio, beams, and tiles, is also an inspiring place for me. I love working there.

My creative spaces

My ceramic art studio is located in the old town of Malaga, in a beautiful historical building on Calle Beatas 35. The entrance is through the patio, and my windows face the street. If you see the windows open or notice the light inside, it means I’m working there. If you're interested in exploring my ceramics, please let me know by calling me through the window or knocking. I'll be happy to open the door and welcome you inside.

I create my watercolor paintings outdoors, capturing the sights and emotions of the moment.
